Tap to start your manufacturing jobs. Tap… tap… tap is all it takes to record job status on the shop floor.
Follow this sequence to start a job timer:
That’s it! A new timer will start. You’ll get real-time timestamped records of job status. Watch this video for the steps and inspiration.
Barcode tracking on the shop floor is instant, accurate and real-time. Have you tried it?
Here’s how to start:
What can you expect from Standard Time manufacturing software?
This little video offers just a few. There are actually many other advantages and benefits. Check it out for yourself!
Barcodes and RFID’s can give you 50 pieces of manufacturing data with just 3 scans. This video will show you how.
And if that’s not enough, you can prompt employees for more data. Use that new data for calculations and dashboard display.
Can you export barcode scans from Standard Time? Sure!
Choose File, Export for that.
But first, consider filtering, sorting, and arranging columns to include only what you want in the export file. And, consider choosing Tools Scheduled Exports to set up a recurring export.
Discover super-secret barcode scans you can use in manufacturing, on the factory floor. Employees can scan these special barcode labels to enhance your factory data collection.
Have a look below!
Client invoicing gives you the tools to turn shop floor activity into billable content. Just create a new customer invoice that includes time and materials from shop floor barcode scans. Choose a client, job, and date range. That’s all it takes to query factory activity for invoices. Send if off and get paid!
I like this idea!
You must be scanning inventory in Standard Time, right?
Everybody does! So… yeah!
This YouTube Short tells what happens when you scan a Bill Of Materials. I.e. BOM. Turns out, each inventory item inside the BOM is deducted from inventory and emails are sent when stock is nearly depleted.
Can inventory get any cooler than that?
Should I choose cloud or on-prem? This video helps answer that FAQ.
First off, both cloud and on-premise platforms are identical in functionality. Cloud is usually easiest because there are no IT entanglements or maintenance issues. On-prem is best when you want your data on your servers (not on someone else’s).
